1./ Do I need to register my scooter and get a log book?

- You are welcome to register your new mobility scooters if you wish, however this is not currently compulsory so is entirely up to your own discretion.

2./ What are the rules/limitations of an 8mph scooter?

- An 8mph scooters and wheelchairs have the same legal rights as a push bike and can therefore be used on a public highway. The stipulation for this is that the scooter is in good working order, has lights, indicators and mirrors and is in the 8mph mode. In order to ride the scooter on the pavement it must be restricted to the 4mph or low speed setting.

3./ Will I need to get the machine serviced?

We advise an annual service on our products, this is just to ensure that the scooter/ wheelchair remains in fantastic working order and gives you complete peace of mind. These services aren't a requirement but are simply advised.
